I intend to communicate with kindness, clarity, and confidence. In regards to friendships, this area of life has always been difficult for me and it holds a lot of pain points. So, in regards to my social life, I am releasing any resentments, past hurts, and lingering fears so that I can open my heart to socializing and forming new friendships💖

I always have to remind myself you can make friends anytime, it’s just you have to be more intentional about it as you get older…

I have been attending a big astrology conference the last 4 days so am pretty saturated, but I did the first prompt and was happy with what came through.
Oh thank you, I will let my husband know you liked the music (he makes all my music)! I think the chimes he used are the Koshi chimes I got him. They are really cool, and they are affordable, if you want to Google them and check them out. I recommend everyone have one in their house and use it when they need a reset.
An Astrology conference sounds like so much fun! Thanks so much for taking the time to read and journal in the midst of it all. This cycle does feel a little lighter/more fun to me as well. It’s helping me clear out some of what I’m spending too much mental energy on, but again in a fun and not heavy way. I’m grateful for it!

Thank you so much for sharing this! I’m so glad you like the graphic and the consistency. I wanted it to be this way in hopes people could easily make it a routine/ritual. The graphic idea came from many years of following and admiring Spirit Daughter on Instagram. The creator behind that is an artist though so her graphics are gorgeous, mine are just the best I can do in a Canva, haha. If I have extra funds, someday I might hire someone to make a better template. Anyway, so glad you like the consistency, I also worried it might become boring!
