Weekend Journal Prompts for the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus
A few extra journal prompts inspired by the themes of the Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse
Periodically, I send some bonus journal prompts, often related to the moon cycle or the astrological seasons. You do not need to know anything about moon cycles or astrology (or even believe much in them) in order for these journal prompts to be beneficial.
Happy Friday, everyone!
Saturday, October 28 brings the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus (4:24 PM ET / 1:24 PM PT), and so I have created journal prompts inspired by the themes this eclipse brings. If you follow the moon cycles and are a believer in Astrology, this may have also felt like a heavy time for you. But there is so much here we can examine (and likely need to examine) that can move us into the next great phase of our lives. I invite you to journey into the shadows and depths with me—whether you are a fan of Astrology or not—with these prompts.
Your journal prompts for the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus:
Which of my shadows are calling to me for attention and care?
How can I honor the needs of these shadow aspects of myself?
What inner calls and desires have I neglected or ignored?
How did these inner callings and desires slip away from me in recent times? What led me to push them off or delay them?
How can I nourish myself as I bring these back to the surface for greater examination?
