Hello There, Fall!
How do I process a change in seasons (in mind, body, and spirit)?
How can I support myself as I navigate this seasonal change, and any other changes or shifts occurring in my life right now?
How would I like to welcome in the Fall/Autumn season? (Activities, traditions, etc.)
The Autumn Equinox is September 22 here in the United States. Are you looking forward to this change in seasons? Or are you perhaps still processing the end of Summer? I find people are usually in one of those two categories: either they can't wait for the Fall, or they are bummed that the bright, warm energy of Summer is beginning to fade.
Whatever you are feeling, now is a good time to go inward and assess all that you have accomplished at this point in the year, as well as explore what's ahead for you in the remaining months. We're beginning our journey into a more introspective time of year (winter), and that can bring up a lot, so it is also important that you show compassion to yourself and keep your eyes on what you hope to bring to life in the next cycle.
Like the seasons in nature, our lives also move through cycles, meaning there will always be endings and beginnings, periods of joy and periods of sorrow, periods of stagnation and periods of rapid growth. All of these periods can nourish us and be beautiful in their own unique ways.
If you'd like to welcome in this new season with some journaling, a guided meditation, and an Oracle/Tarot card reading, I invite you to join me for the Sacred Journaling Circle on Tuesday, September 21 (link to register is below). This will be a smaller, more intimate group. I will pull a card for each person in attendance, as well as do a collective reading.

Welcome in a New Season: Tuesday, September 21 at 5 PM PT
Join me in a sacred circle! I will pull cards for the group that will inform our theme for the evening, and I will also pull one card for each attendee. We'll start with our journal prompts and end with a guided meditation journey. A recording will be sent out afterward if you are unable to join us live.
(Note: The journal prompts are meant for you to self-reflect. You do not need to share anything that arises for you in your writing unless you feel called to do so.)
Next Embodied Reading Class: Sunday, August 26 at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET
The next Embodied Reading class, in which the class theme is determined by a collective Oracle & Tarot card reading, will be this coming Sunday! This gentle class will include some flow (breath to movement) and restorative postures. Register now for $8. Anyone who is unable to make it live will receive a copy of the recording.
The third class in the Honor Your Pace Yoga & Journaling Series is available now! In this third class in the series, we explore how we go about setting our own pace, combining some gentle flow with restorative postures.
One more recorded class will be released this month, which will be a guided meditation. We'll use that final class as an opportunity to reflect on all that came up in the previous classes.
