Navigating the Space Between
Thinking back on prior seasons of my life, how do I usually feel when moving through a transition or transformation? Where might I be experiencing that in my life right now?
In what ways could I be kinder to myself as I navigate the space between, as I move from one state of being to another?
How can I use this time to honor both where I've been and where I'm headed?
How are you feeling with this Lion's Gate energy and New Moon? This is a time known for uncovering potential, for energetic upgrades, which can feel exciting. But what if you can't quite see it yet, and you're feeling a little stuck or impatient? It might be hard to celebrate or feel comfortable in this time, but this is also a part of entering a new phase. It's the space between, and it isn't always easy, even if what waits for us on the other side is beautiful.
That's why I wanted to provide journal prompts this week to explore how we feel when we make a change, when we decide it's time to embark on that new beginning and step into our true potential. Yes, you are making beautiful plans for the future, but things that were with you for a long time--situations, people, habits--are also likely falling away. And even if that's considered a good thing, that can come with its own challenges. Accepting that things we once thought were good for us or meant for us are perhaps no longer needed is hard!

FREE Yoga & Journaling Embodied Reading Series
I am opening my Embodied Reading Series to anyone who would like to join, for any of the four classes. Each week, I will pull cards from a Tarot and/or Oracle card deck and theme the class on the message. This is something new I am trying, and I would love for you to participate and share your feedback! All the sessions are recorded so you can practice on your own time, but the dates for the upcoming sessions are:
