A Summer Full of Potential ☀
Potential & Possibility
The excitement of Summer is upon us, and it is perhaps even more exciting this year as we all start to gather again in person and come out of our homes. It feels like a welcome fresh start that's full of potential and possibility, and we are just at the very beginning of it!
While last week's journal prompts encouraged you to explore how the fiery energy of summer can move you forward (if you missed them, you can get them ), this week I invite you to explore the potential that exists within you and in your life right now. We may be able to easily see the potential in someone else or in a project or situation, but it is a little harder to see it as it relates to ourselves. So, I hope you can take this opportunity to get quiet and daydream of the possibilities ahead for you!
Where in my life do I see potential for positive growth, change, or transformation?
How can I be more present with this potential and honor it?
Feel free to share any insights you gain from your journaling! Hit reply on this email or DM me on Instagram.

I've been hearing from a lot of people in my life that while this summer and the idea of getting back out there in the world is exciting, it's also a little strange. We've spent so much time keeping to ourselves that striking the right balance between solitude and socializing seems more challenging than we remember.
And for this upcoming long 4th of July weekend, many of us will likely be getting out and about to some extent, perhaps much more so than we have in several months. Getting back to work after long weekends is never easy, and for some reason, it seems even harder in the summer.
So to help us navigate this, I decided to schedule a midweek class during the short week. We'll explore this delicate balance of replenishing our inner and outer worlds so we can understand which one (going within or getting out) is right for us in any given moment.
Congratulations on making it through your Monday, and please reach out with any feedback or questions!
With much love & gratitude,
Marcy
